Business Model:

CSC’s story began when two friends and experienced professionals came together over coffee with a simple and profound idea – to enhance the ease of doing business in the Middle East.

Charbel is a reputed senior Human Resources Professional, whereas Gautam is a strategy consultant with Top Tier consulting houses. Both had been facing similar challenges to grow businesses because of the most common issues of:

  • Escalating operational costs in Middle Eastern markets
  • Complex regulatory requirements including Nationalization quotas
  • Rising administrative overheads (Visa and residency costs, real estate, etc)
  • The need for high-caliber talent at competitive costs

And then one question changed it all – “How can we solve for this?”

Over the next few months, Charbel and Gautam set on a mission to enhance the ease of doing business in the Middle East by addressing the challenges of business owners in a legal and ethical manner.

Since then, they have built various backbone offices in UAE, India and Indonesia from where they operate and provide business access to top tier talent at a lower cost base, and reducing direct and indirect cost burden on businesses in the region.

Their ambitions is to transform the way companies run business in the Middle East by promoting a “digital and remote first” staffing model.
