Financial and Analysis Director

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial and Analysis Director to oversee all financial planning and analysis activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, driving business performance, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role requires a leader with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial management, and the ability to influence decision-making processes.

·         Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

·         Strategic Analysis: Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive profitability.

·         Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, financial statements, and performance metrics.

·         Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

·         Cost Management: Monitor and manage operating expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

·         Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI analysis, and provide recommendations to senior management.

·         Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
