Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and streamlining operational processes across the Group’s diverse portfolio of industries. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role requires ensuring operational excellence, implementing best practices, and driving the achievement of business objectives.

The Director of Operations provides leadership, objectives and manages directly the Operations Managers' achievements across the Group.

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the Group's overall vision and goals.
• Lead and guide Operations Managers across the Group to ensure consistent and effective execution of business strategies.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation within the Group’s industries.

2. Performance Management:

• Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Analyze operational performance data, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

3. Team Oversight and Development:

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Operations Managers across all business units.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities and operational skills.

4. Financial Oversight:

• Work closely with the Finance team to prepare and manage operational budgets.
• Optimize resources and control operational costs without compromising quality.
• Review and approve major capital expenditures and operational investments.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and Operations Managers, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads (e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing) to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Represent the Operations function in executive meetings and external engagements when required.

6. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in operational processes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
