General Manager - Cargo Operations 13k $/Month ++

As the General Manager of Cargo Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cargo services of our client, including strategic planning, operations management, customer relations, and financial performance. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of cargo, meeting all regulatory and safety standards while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize cargo operations, enhance service quality, and drive business growth.
• Manage day-to-day cargo operations, including freight handling, logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of cargo professionals to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to expand the cargo services portfolio.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and HR, to ensure seamless operations and achieve company objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
