Job Summary: As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, of the group of companies. You will provide strategic leadership, implement effective business processes, and ensure the achievement of operational objectives.

Operational Oversight:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations across the group of companies.
• Ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.

Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall strategic plan for the group.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set organizational goals and objectives.

Financial Management:

• Work closely with the CFO to manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Implement cost-control measures and strategies to enhance financial performance.

Performance Monitoring:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring company performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks to improve overall productivity.

Risk Management:

• Assess and mitigate operational risks across various business functions.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization.

Team Leadership:

• Provide effective leadership to department heads and operational teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Technology Integration:

• Oversee the integration of technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities.
• Leverage technology for process automation and improved decision-making.

Supply Chain Management:

• Optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and partners.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control standards across all operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance standards.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the group’s objectives.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to drive business growth.

Crisis Management:

• Develop and implement crisis management plans to address unforeseen challenges.
• Lead the organization through crisis situations with resilience and adaptability.

Talent Development:

• Implement talent development programs to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

·         Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a group of companies.

·         Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.

·         Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

·         In-depth knowledge of the local business landscape and regulatory environment.

·         Innovative mindset and the ability to lead the group through change and growth.
