Job Description
We are currently
seeking a qualified professional for the role of Head of Health and Safety at a
reputable construction products manufacturing company based in Saudi.
Key Responsibilities
·
Lead and oversee the HSE strategy, ensuring compliance with
all ISO standards.
·
Cultivate and maintain a culture that upholds high standards
of HSE compliance.
·
Ensure adequate training for staff in health and safety
requirements and best practices, supporting managers in their respective
functions.
·
Maintain and execute the internal audit schedule in
accordance with company policy.
·
Facilitate HSE risk assessments, involving line management
and factory floor employees.
· Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
·
Minimum of 10+ years of experience.
· Experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the large construction-related products sector.

Benefits
Salary: Starting
at 42,000 SAR per month, inclusive of fixed allowances, along with family
benefits, insurance, and a performance bonus.
