ERP Integration Expert

A Family Group of companies is looking for an ERP Integration Expert

The ERP Integration Expert is responsible for overseeing and implementing the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across various departments within the organization. This role involves analyzing business processes, designing integration solutions, and ensuring seamless communication between the ERP system and other business applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in ERP systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with IT and non-IT staff.

·         Lead the planning, execution, and management of ERP integration projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify integration needs to enhance efficiency and data consistency across systems.

·         Design and implement integration solutions, including customizing ERP modules, developing middleware, and configuring APIs to connect with external applications.

·         Conduct thorough testing of integrated systems to ensure functionality, data integrity, and security compliance.

·         Provide technical support and training to end-users, assisting them in navigating and efficiently using the integrated ERP system.

·         Monitor the performance of ERP integrations, identifying and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption to business operations.

·         Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ERP technologies and integration strategies, recommending improvements and upgrades to keep the organization’s systems current and competitive.

·         Document integration processes, configurations, and procedures to maintain a clear record and facilitate ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·         Proven experience in ERP integration, preferably with certifications in specific ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

·         Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java, .NET) and integration tools and frameworks.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

·         Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

·         Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and integration platforms (e.g., iPaaS) is a plus.

·         Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
