Job Description
New
International US School
We are seeking
an experienced HR Manager to join our client’s new prestigious school in Cairo.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human
resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance
management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy
development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR
management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability
to work effectively in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
and Selection:
- Develop and implement recruitment
strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff.
- Coordinate the recruitment process,
including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new
employees and facilitate their integration into the school community.
Employee
Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for
employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts, and provide guidance and
support to resolve issues.
- Promote a positive work environment
through effective communication, employee recognition programs, and
conflict resolution mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment
legislation.
Performance
Management:
- Develop and implement performance
management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate
professional development.
- Provide coaching and feedback to
managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Conduct performance evaluations and
goal-setting sessions to align individual and organizational objectives.
Training and
Development:
- Identify training needs and develop
training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Coordinate training sessions and
workshops, both internally and externally, and evaluate their
effectiveness.
- Monitor employee development plans
and support career progression through ongoing learning and development
opportunities.
Compensation
and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits
programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee insurance
plans.
- Conduct salary surveys and
benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment,
changes, and inquiries, and liaise with benefits providers as needed.
HR Policy
Development:
- Develop, review, and update HR
policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives and legal
requirements.
- Communicate HR policies to employees
and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to
policies and address any violations or non-compliance issues.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business
Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,
preferably in an educational institution.
·
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal
requirements in Egypt.
·
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the
ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
·
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a
focus on fostering a positive work culture.
·
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office
applications.
·
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
