Trainer / Public Speaking

Location: Based in Cairo, traveling within Egypt

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainer and Public Speaker. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations to diverse audiences on a variety of topics. As a passionate advocate for personal and professional development, the Trainer / Public Speaker will inspire and motivate participants to achieve their goals and maximize their potential. 1. Training Delivery:

   – Develop and deliver high-quality training programs, workshops, and seminars on topics such as leadership development, communication skills, team building, and personal effectiveness.

   – Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of different audiences, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and community groups.

   – Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including lectures, interactive exercises, case studies, and multimedia presentations, to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.

2. Public Speaking:

   – Deliver compelling keynote speeches and presentations at conferences, seminars, and other public events to inspire and motivate audiences.

   – Capture and maintain audience attention through dynamic storytelling, humor, and interactive participation.

   – Address diverse audiences with clarity, confidence, and professionalism, while effectively conveying key messages and insights.

3. Content Development:

   – Design and develop training materials, curriculum, and presentation slides that are engaging, informative, and aligned with learning objectives.

   – Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging topics to continuously update and improve training content.

   – Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the relevance and accuracy of training materials.

4. Participant Engagement and Feedback:

   – Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where participants feel encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and actively participate in discussions.

   – Solicit feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

   – Incorporate feedback and evaluation results into future training sessions to enhance program quality and impact.

5. Professional Development:

   – Stay current with advancements in training techniques, adult learning principles, and public speaking strategies through self-directed learning, professional development opportunities, and networking.

   – Continuously refine and enhance training and presentation skills to deliver memorable and impactful experiences for participants.

– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in training delivery and public speaking, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.

– Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

– Strong content development and curriculum design abilities, with a focus on creating interactive and experiential learning experiences.

– Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and deadlines.

– Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and presentation software.

– Certification in training, coaching, or public speaking is a plus.
