PR and Communication manager

Our client, a prominent fintech company based in Jakarta, is seeking a strategic and proactive PR and Communication Manager to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview: As the PR and Communication Manager, you will drive strategic communication initiatives to enhance our client’s brand reputation and market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful PR campaigns and shape the company’s external image.

·         Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives.

·         Build and nurture relationships with media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers.

·         Create compelling content for press releases, articles, blogs, and social media platforms.

·         Manage crisis communication and media inquiries effectively.

·         Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

·         Plan and coordinate PR events, product launches, and industry conferences.

·         Facilitate internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

·         Proven experience (X years) in PR or corporate communications within the fintech sector.

·         Strong media relations skills with a track record of securing positive coverage.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
